You are requested to go through the list and submit the following:-
(the letter and the budget can be submitted by sending an email on bcud@unipune.ernet.in )

1. Acceptance letter
   

2. Budget for first and second year to be submitted separately [Mention the Budget heads under which money will be spent and the amount]
   The Budget Heads –

• Hiring charges [No appointments allowed]

• Consumables

• Equipment [should not exceed 40% of the amount sanctioned]

• Contingency

• Books and Journals

• Field Trip and Travel

3. It is a policy decision taken that No LAPTOP can be purchased from this Budget head..
   

4. Please note that the Principal Investigator should be the approved teacher of University of Pune and he should be confirmed teacher at the college, he should be below 57 years of age at the time of applying. If any the Principal Investigator does not fit into the above criteria, he is requested to inform the Director, BCUD.
   

5. The Research Committee expects that the Principal Investigator should guide atleast two students for Avishkar Research Project Competition.
   

6. Please note that the Last date for submitting the Progress Report of the Research Proposals received for the year 2007-08 will be 31st December, 2008.
   

7. The last date for the submission of Final Progress Report of last years Proposals 2006-07 will be 31st December, 2008

The letter to the colleges will be send by post in the name of the Principal after 10th January, 2008 onwards.
