The format in which the submissions will be accepted will be in
        DVD-Video (PAL) only.
          Technical Details of requirement:
          (Audio: 224 Kbps, 44,100 Hz, Layer 2)
          Video: 25.000 fps, HD

Submission must be filmed on Digital Camera and must be 20 minutes or less in length. (Including opening titles and end credits).
All short films which are in any other language besides English should have English subtitles, without which the entry will be rejected.
After accepting the invitation to participate in the Festival, the film cannot be withdrawn. IT WILL BE STORED UNDER ACADEMIC REASONS.
Submitted entries will not be returned.
You must provide us with valid email address and telephone/MOBILE nos. Organizers take no responsibility if any communication made to everyone does not reach you because of invalid or unreachable email addresses or telephones/mobile phones.

Entry Title, Your *Full name and functioning phone/MOBILE number should appear on the label of your DVD. (*IN CAPITAL LETTERS)
Students must provide a photocopy of their college identity card.
Every Participant must attach their latest passport size photograph on the forms with signature of the participant.

If any copyrighted work used in your film, the filmmaker must possess a written permission from the copyright holder or must own them clearly.
Please note that Organizers of DCS film festival accept no responsibility for any films which are lost or damaged in transit.
Submitted film DVDs will be considered as a collection of the DCS Digital Short film Festival for Library/Archival purposes only for academic reasons.

Shooting/recording/photography of festival proceedings is restricted to DCS officials.
