Travelling allowances will be provided for the selected entries only. (By Train sleeper class) reimbursement will be done at the venue. Original Ticket must be presented.

SELECTIONS:
The selection of the short films for screening as well as eligibility of awards will made by a Selection Committee of the DCS film festival `12.

All decisions pertaining to this procedure are entirely at the discretion of the Selection Committee. Decision of the Committee will be final and bearing on all concerned film makers.
