The NEP 2020 aligned syllabus for M.Sc. (Computer Science) has been officially published. Students and faculty can download the syllabus from the Syllabus page. The new curriculum introduces enhanced focus on AI, ML, Cloud Computing, and Data Science alongside foundational CS theory.
Updated NEP curriculum for M.C.A. is now available. The revised syllabus places greater emphasis on software development, cloud-native technologies, and data analytics to align with current industry needs.
A team of PUCSD M.Sc. and M.C.A. students won the Smart India Hackathon 2024 in the Software Edition, developing an AI-based solution for crop disease detection. Congratulations to the winning team and their faculty mentor.
The PUCSD Placement Brochure for 2024–25 has been published and is available for download. Companies interested in recruiting from PUCSD may contact the Placement Cell for scheduling campus visits and drives.
A research paper co-authored by PUCSD faculty on privacy-preserving federated learning was accepted and presented at the IEEE International Conference on Semantic Computing (ICSC) 2025. The work demonstrates novel techniques for distributed ML model training without exposing private data.
