Our Focus

Centre for Sensor Studies (CSS) was established in 2006 with funding from University grant commission. Centre for sensor studies have multidisciplinary research facility focused on different sensors technologies such as physical, chemical, optical, and biosensors etc.

Our vision is to promote sensor technology for social and economic benefit. Our aim is to transfer research knowledge for economy growth. We focus on adding value to the research at early stage and foster the links between academic researchers and consultants, and entrepreneurs.

We have flexible approach to the management of intellectual property to adapt to the specific needs of industrial partners. Collaborative projects can range from long term fundamental research to short-term feasibility studies to minimize initial investment costs.
