  • Design blank answer-books and suppliments.

  • To arrange for the printing of the examination stationery.

  • To make the arrangement to supply the examination stationery to the concerned Colleges/ Institutions/University Departments.

  • To maintain accounts of blank answer-books etc.

  • To arrange the used answer-books in the godown centrewise and examination & subject wise.

  • Call quotations for pulping the used answerbooks and other stationary of
    the examination.

  • To receive application forms for verification and revaluation.

  • To make arrangement of sending the demand drafts and IPO’s to the Accounts Branch.

  • To send the concerned answer-books to verification unit for verification and revaluation purpose.

  • To make the arrangement for paper setting meetings as per the schedule
    of paper setting.
