Advance Technology Blind Students Learning Center
Under Extension activity Department established Advance
Technology Blind Students Learning Center. A visionary
activity of our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Narendra Jadhav.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Dr. Narendra Jadhav inaugurated
center on 10th February, 2008. Center in equipped with
computer facility and advanced learning software for blind,
Brail embosser for Brail printing facility is available with
center.

“Vedh” is a annual publication of
Department which records academic, research and Extension
contribution of Department.

NET / SET PREPARATION WORKSHOP
Department organize every year in
month of December workshop for preparation of NET/SET exams.
12 NET & 80 SET students of Department qualified in the last
three years. Dr. M. M. Uplane co-ordinate this activity.

WORKSHOP/SEMINAR
Every year workshop/seminar on the
area of Educational Research for improvement of Quality of
Research in Education is organized by Department.

SPECIAL SPEECH
Department every year organize
Special Lecture on Contemporary issues on Education and
publish that Speech.

PLACEMENT
Since last three years Placement Cell
is working in the Department Dr. M. M. Uplane and Smt. Geeta
Kamble successfully conducting this activity. 90% placement
of the students is the last three year success of the cell.

COLLABORATION WITH FOREIGN UNIVERSITIES
Monash University, Mel born, Australia
Department completed a research project on “Inclusive
Education” and other one Research project is in progress
with Monash University.
Telemark College University, Norway
Department having teaching programme on “Multicultural
Education.”
