The annual meetings of Centre coordinators and speakers are called by the Board for the purpose of annual planning of the various programs of Extra Mural Studies and Jyeshtha Nagarik Sahhayata Kaksha. Separate Annual Meeting for planning of the programmes are organized at Pune, Ahmadnagar and Nasik per year.

Board of Extra Mural Studies has organized several lectures, lecture series, workshops, seminars, symposiums; need based programs, orientation programs for students, parents, women, farmers, senior citizens & professionals. Program-wise information has been presented in next part of the report

Extra-Mural Activities at University Campus

Board of Extramural Studies organizes various programs for community and deprived people at university campus. Seminars, workshops, lecture series, and symposiums were organized for community and deprived people during 2010-11 to 2015-2016. The summary of activities is presented following table no. 3
