A number of competitions and activities are held every year which help make the student’s language learning experience enjoyable and fun. Following are the competitions held in the department :

1. Poster making
2. Song
3. Poetry recitation
4. Cooking
5. Skit

Along with the above events, we also organize a welcome party for our students at the beginning of the academic year in August. We also have an Annual Day in which students and teachers alike showcase their talent at the end of the year with enthusiasm.

Several workshops and club meets are organized time and again to facilitate interaction between the different batches. For example: projection of films, music etc.

Our students are also encouraged to contribute to the section’s magazine “French Nagar” with their articles, photographs, paintings and puzzles all year long.
